Annual Reviews
Banks are notorious for pricing existing clients on higher interest rates than new to bank clients. At Quang Capital, we have annual homeloan reviews with all our clients to ensure, they are on the best possible rates. Where banks increase our client’s interest rates out of cycle (not in-line with RBA movements), we keep the banks accountable and where they are not willing to budge, we move these clients to another lender.
Low Rates
With access to over 30 lenders, we do the work when it comes to getting you the best rate. All banks have different lending criteria and products, our job is to pit the lenders against each other to ensure our clients have the best possible rates for their circumstances.
Maximise Borrowing
Lending policies across banks are not all made equal. We spend the time to review your personal situation in detail to better assess which banks will allow for the highest borrowing capacity. We have different lenders who will assess self-employed, casual, contract or overtime differently depending on their risk profiles. Whether it be your first home, or growing your investment portfolio, these increases to borrowing capacity can make all the difference.
Equity Release
One of the biggest limiting factors when growing or starting a investment property portfolio is unlocking equity in existing property. Different lenders take different approaches when it comes to valuing property. At Quang Capital, we have taken the time to understand the different methods in which banks value your property and with this, are able to unlock more equity for our clients. With more options available, our clients are able to make better informed decisions.
Tax Minimization
Too often, we see clients with loan structures that set up by bankers that do not consider future tax implications. As Chartered Accountants, we understand how to structure your lending needs to align with your tax minimisation strategy. For our investor clients with larger portfolios or those looking to aggressively grow their portfolio, we provide a complete strategy by forecasting your income and debt positions in the future to ensure you are able to realistically grow to your investment portfolio in line with your goals.
